Everyone that sells fitness equipment today promises that their machine is easy to use. Twenty minutes a day, three times per week will guarantee weight loss and fitness success. However, most people buy the fitness equipment, use it maybe once or twice, and then stop. They soon figure out that it does take work and they don't see the results fast enough to continue.
